Mentorship Program Kits From $17

Run a mentorship program that actually works — whether you're building one or replacing one that isn't.

Playbooks, slide decks, intake forms, matching logic, email scripts, and reporting templates — everything a coordinator needs to stand up a new program or put real structure under the one they've already got.

Free: 30-Day Mentorship Launch Checklist

The step-by-step checklist coordinators use to go from "we should do mentoring" to a live, structured program in 30 days. Drop your info and we'll send it over.

One email. Zero spam. Just mentoring ops.

Designed for teams at

Built for the person who actually runs the program.

Most of you already have something. It's just not working well enough — no real intake, no matching logic, no way to prove impact. You need the same kit whether you're building from scratch or replacing the informal system that's been limping along.

K-12 Schools & Districts

Counselors and coordinators running mentorship across buildings. Most already have something — a buddy system, a spreadsheet, a good idea no one documented. This kit replaces all of it with real structure, or gives you the structure to start right.

Counselors Program Coordinators Student Services

Colleges & Universities

Student success offices with peer or faculty mentoring that runs on spreadsheets and good intentions. The kit adds intake, matching logic, and reporting infrastructure — whether you're formalizing what exists or standing up something new.

Student Success Retention Teams Academic Affairs

Greek Life & FSL

Chapter officers, alumni advisors, and FSL directors with new member mentoring that runs on autopilot — or doesn't run at all. The kit gives you a trackable, defensible program you can hand to leadership with proof attached.

Chapter Officers Alumni Advisors FSL Directors

College Access & Nonprofits

Program managers at TRIO, first-gen, and pipeline programs who need funder-ready infrastructure. If your current process barely survived last grant cycle, the kit replaces it. If you're writing your first proposal, it gives you the operational plan.

Program Managers TRIO / First-Gen Community Orgs

Alumni Boards & Member Orgs

Alumni relations teams and association leaders whose mentoring fizzles by February or runs informally with nothing to report. The kit puts sustained structure around what you're already trying to do — or gets you started for the first time.

Alumni Relations Board Members Association Leads

29 editable files across 7 asset families. From $17.

Each kit is a complete operational system — templates, workflows, and tools organized to carry a mentorship program from intake to board-ready report. Drop it into a new program or layer it over what you're already running. Google Docs and Sheets. Editable. Yours forever.

Core Decks — 2 files

Two presentation decks — one to introduce your program to stakeholders (18 slides), one to close it with proof (19 slides). Works whether you're making the case for something new or showing leadership what the upgraded version looks like.

Playbooks & Guides — 5 files

Audience-specific coordinator playbooks, mentor and mentee guides, a program proposal template, and a readiness checklist. Use them to define a new program or replace the ad-hoc process you've been running.

Forms & Checklists — 7 files

Mentor and mentee intake forms, three weekly accountability checklists, and two program surveys.

Matching Logic — 1 file

A weighted scoring sheet that produces matched mentor-mentee pairs. Criteria are pre-set and adjustable.

Reporting & Proof — 4 files

Impact report templates, a meeting tracker, an engagement dashboard, and a board-ready recap. Built to turn program data into something leadership can act on.

Email & Comms — 1 file (8 templates)

Pre-written email templates: welcome messages, reminders, check-ins, wrap-up notes, and stakeholder updates. Copy, customize, send.

Quick-Start Guide — 1 file

Your audience-specific "Start Here" guide. Open this first — it maps every file in the kit to a task and tells you the setup sequence.

Three steps. No platform. No consultant.

This is a kit, not a service. You buy it, customize it to your org, and run it — whether that means building from zero or replacing the system you've outgrown.

Buy the kit

Choose the kit that matches your program type — K-12, Greek Life, Higher Ed, College Access, or School District. Starter Kit $17, full kits $97. Your Google Drive folder link arrives in your inbox within minutes.

Customize for your org

Open the Quick-Start Guide and work through the placeholder checklist. Swap in your institution name, program name, dates, and coordinator contacts. If you already have a program, map your existing process onto the kit's structure. Takes an afternoon.

Run your program

Distribute intake forms, run matching with the scoring sheets, kick off with the Pre-Mentorship Deck, and hand your coordinators the playbook. Track everything. Report with data. Same workflow whether this is day one or a full overhaul of what you've been doing.

The research is clear. The infrastructure gap is the problem.

Young adults who were at risk for falling off track but had a mentor are 55% more likely to enroll in college and 78% more likely to volunteer regularly than those who did not have a mentor.

[Source: MENTOR — The National Mentoring Partnership, "The Mentoring Effect," 2014]

Students who meet regularly with a mentor show higher persistence rates, stronger sense of belonging, and greater academic self-efficacy — but only when programs include structured matching, regular check-ins, and accountability systems.

[Source: Eby, Allen, Evans, Ng, & DuBois, "Does Mentoring Matter? A Multidisciplinary Meta-Analysis," Journal of Vocational Behavior, 2008]

Most institutions know mentoring works. The problem isn't awareness — it's that coordinators lack the templates, tracking tools, and reporting infrastructure to run a program properly. That's true whether you're standing something up for the first time or trying to fix the one you already have.

That's the gap these kits are built to close.

I'm Stephen Rossi. I spent 20 years in enterprise cybersecurity and technology — McAfee, Cylance, BlackBerry, Finite State, Prediction Guard — building and shipping products in organizations where process either worked or people got fired. I co-founded Global TradeQuest and ran it for four years. I'm a Maxwell School graduate from Syracuse University.

Right now I serve as Alumni Advisor for the High Pi Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha at Syracuse, where I work directly with undergraduates on alumni relations, mentorship, and chapter health. I also mentor at the Couri Hatchery and judge at Capstone. I built Out of Office Labs because I saw firsthand that Greek organizations, schools, and student communities want structured mentorship — but lack the budget, staff, or templates to run it properly. Most already have something. It just doesn't work well enough to defend to a board, report to a funder, or hand to the next coordinator. These kits fix that.
